Perfect You is Ottawa/Gatineau’s leading specialist in eyelash extensions application. We are located at 122 Clarence St, on the corner of Clarence and Dalhousie, in the Byward Market.
We recently moved into a beautiful new space, and we are seeking a few passionate, client-oriented superstars to join our eyelash extensions collective in our 16 room studio.
Being part of our collective is much more than a job. At Perfect You, we have adapted to the new world of work, and have created an atmosphere that is conducive to the happiness of clients and workers.
We are investing thousands of dollars, for instance, in making Perfect You the brightest, sunniest and most environmentally awesome space in Ottawa. We are replacing every low-light fluorescent build with brand new LED panels and lights, to make sure that we're always working in beautiful conditions. Plus, you will know that your space is consuming about half the energy of a regular work environment. We believe in hitting environmental targets, one room at a time. You can be a part of this.

All members of the collective create their own schedules, and make extremely good money, based on the actual work that's done. Everyone starts at 50% commission, and -over time- we increase this commission, and are constantly striving to improve working conditions. We believe that your life should get better over time, so we are constantly trying new things to make this happen.
The average monthly pay at Perfect You is much higher than the usual industry wage. Some of our members are making more working at Perfect You, than they were working with their own businesses. On average, each member makes between between $3000 - $6000 per month. No one at Perfect You works more than 5 days a week. Most only work 4.

Each room at Perfect You is totally private, allowing you and your clients to peacefully and privately interact. Also, we are in a building in the heart of the Byward Market, that is awash in natural light. Every procedure room has its own window, to ensure that you and your clients are happy and comfortable.
Google is (deservedly) famous for creating an environment that maximizes worker satisfaction, happiness and productivity. We've never been to Google, but we do offer a 1000 square foot rooftop patio, where you can eat lunch, or get a breath of fresh air. One of our members is planning on planting a rooftop garden, and we are always looking for ways to improve the space for all of us.
Since we are in the Byward Market, there are many options for shopping, dining, and just chilling. Since you are not required to be "at work" when you have no clients, this location affords the opportunity to have real freedom during your work day, if you so choose. Or, bring your own lunch and enjoy it on our rooftop patio.

Perfect You will is only a few blocks away from the Rideau LRT station. Currently, there are 2 municipal parking garages, within one block. And, we are in the heart of Ottawa. For members with mobility issues, we have access to an elevator, if required.

Also, as the world of work changes, and more and more jobs become automated, eyelash extensions are here to say. StatsCan says that lawyer, accountant, insurance, and many other industries will be effected by automation and artificial intelligence. But, no one will ever trust a robot or computer to do their eyelashes!
